This package contain these products:

1 kg Chondroitin Sulfate
1 kg Glucosamine Sulfate
2 kg MSM
4 kg TOTAL

Including 4 spoonsets 1,0, 2,5 & 10 ml and an empty 750ml bottle to mix the products.

We recommend to mix in this proportion: 115 gram Glucosamine sulfate + 288 gram MSM+ 115 gram Chondroitin sulfate. Shake well and follow the dosage guide (attached outside your parcel)
