1. How to order
Select the goods that you would like to purchase, and put them in your shopping
cart. If neccesary chnage the Number of the items in you Shopping Cart, and
when finished, go to "Checkout". If you have not Signed in yet, you
will at this stage be asked to do so. If you are a new customer, you will have
to use 1 appr. 1 minute to give us name and address details. Stage 1, hereafter
is to select Shipping Method (for UK just press "Continue" here, as
there is only one option available). Purchases over GBP 95,00 are delivered
free of charge, whereas there is a shipping charge for smaller orders. Stage
2, is the payment method. Untill we are ready with credit card payments, the
only option is prepayment to our bank account. In the final stage 3, you can
see the total order price reduces for discounts if any. If this is o.k., press
confirm order, and the order is being effected. In stage 4 you have the option
to print out an Invoice.
2. Payment
Currently we only receive prepayments to our bank Jyske Bank London, Sort
code 40-51-49 account No 00237982. Please refer to your order No when making
the payment. Orders are not despatched before the payment has been received.
In the nearby future we expect to be able to offer payment by Credit card.
3. Prices
All our prices are all inclusive. Orders below GBP 95.00 however, will be
subject to a small shipment fee which can be seen at Checkout.
4. Freight / Despatch
All parcel are being sent with Royal Mail premium class mail. Have you not
received the package 3 days after your payment has ebeen effected, please contact
us at mail@vital-horse.com.
5. Returns
If goods have been damaged during transportation please contact us at mail@vital-horse.com.
6. Invoice
Invoices are not being sent out seperately. You have the option to print-out
an Invoice in the final stage of the order confirmation (Checkout) or at any
to go to our account and print/reprint any Invoices.
7. Privacy
Information kept in our customer files are kept secret and will not be revealed
to any external person. Your e-mail address will only be used for communication
between Vigoer Ltd. and you, and are never sold to third parties. The password
given when you create your account is encrypted and therefore only known by
you. In case you forgets your password, a new password can be requested and
are then automatically created and sent to your e-mail account. This - often
difficukt to remember - password, can be changed in "Your account"
any time you wishes.
